Communicating for Agriculture Education Programs (CAEP) provides recent graduates and young adults with the opportunity to earn and learn in exciting and unique horticulture facilities around the globe. Further your education and learn all aspects of the horticulture industry through a CAEP internship. CAEP offers many program placements in a variety of growing climates around the globe in order for a participant to learn about horticulture production that is applicable to their home climate. The many different horticulture programs include Garden Center Apprenticeship, Greenhouse Apprenticeship, Landscape Apprenticeship, Orchard Production, Tree Nursery Apprenticeship, and Turf Management Apprenticeship.

Experience all aspects of a garden center operation including cash register operations, inventory control, business management practices, and quality customer service practices. As a Garden Center Apprenticeship participant, you will gain hands-on experience working in all of the different operations associated with a garden center.
